A flavorful, healthy, and delicious Asian-style baked salmon dish that's always a crowd pleaser, inspired by @runawayrice and made with USA-raised salmon from @bluehousesalmon.

1: Preheat your oven to 375F. 2: In a small mixing bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, green onion, and garlic. Mix until well combined. 3: Clean and pat dry your salmon fillets. 4: On a baking tray, lightly spray some foil. Add your salmon fillets to the foil (skin side down). Scoop the marinade to the top of the fillets and brush until even. 5: Gently close the foil to cover the fillets. 6: Bake the fillets for 15 mins. 7: While waiting for the fillets to bake, melt your butter in a small bowl. 8: After 15 mins, take the baking tray out and open the foil. Gently brush melted butter on top of the fillets. 9: Put the baking tray back into the oven and broil for 7-10 mins or until salmon is fully cooked. 10: Serve with rice paper, vermicelli noodles, fresh vegetables and sweet fish sauce dip.
